The Fat Burning Pilates class is a combination of light cardio strength training and pilates core training for improved stamina and total body toning. Standing low-impact movements with light hand weights burn fat and build bone density. The Pilates mat work is a series of controlled movements that engage your body and mind for an overall core strengthening and toning.

Classes are on-going. You can join at anytime and attend as many as you like. The fee is flexible to accomodate a busy schedule.
